The terms and conditions detailed below will apply to any and all transactions between AdamRyan Suits Inc. and their customers on their website. Every time you visit our website, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience. Please keep in mind that by creating an account, placing an order, and/or making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms.

 TRANSACTIONS AND CUSTOMER ORDERS

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion and at any time after receiving your order, to accept, refuse, hold, or cancel any order you submit to us. If your measurements fall outside the range of our available materials and/or the right to limit the quantity purchased. We will send you an email order confirmation once we receive your order. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell, it is simply an acknowledgement that we received your order. All transactions are processed by the online payment merchant. When payment details are entered and the ordering process is completed, the customer receives payment confirmation.

AdamRyan may contact you after receiving your order to request clarification, additional or missing information about your order or your account, including measurements or customizations. It is entirely your responsibility to provide additional information to AdamRyan in a timely and appropriate manner. AdamRyan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to hold or cancel your order if the requested information is not received on time or is incomplete. Any monogram that contains vulgar or offensive language may not be produced, at AdamRyan’s discretion. We will notify the account holder via email if a monogram is refused during production. Orders placed on hold will be automatically cancelled 15 days after they are submitted if any information is missing, and a credit will be issued in accordance with these terms.

If AdamRyan changes or cancels an order, we will make every effort to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided when the order was submitted. If your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit for future use in the amount of the billed amount, in accordance with these terms. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION

There may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, prices, offers and availability on our website. AdamRyan reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, as well as to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the AdamRyan website is inaccurate. The information and colours of our products and fabrics that are offered on the AdamRyan wesbite are represented as accurately as possible thanks to the efforts AdamRyan has made and will continue to make. AdamRyan makes no guarantee that the correct product colour or texture will be displayed correctly on your device's screen. Some of our products may have limited purchase availability due to supply and/or fabrication constraints. AdamRyan cannot guarantee product availability and reserves the right to remove any product from the AdamRyan website or change its availability for purchase at any time, including after you submit an order. If AdamRyan is unable to supply a product or a specific fabric you ordered, AdamRyan will either contact you to select a different fabric for your garments; or cancel the order and issue a credit for future use equal to the full purchase price.

 PRODUCT PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

The AdamRyan website will display prices only in USD. When making a payment, customers are responsible for any currency adjustment, conversion, and/or fee charged by their financial institution or payment processor. Even after you have placed your order, AdamRyan reserves the right to correct pricing and promotional errors as well as to change prices for products displayed on their website at any time. Our prices may change at any time due to sales, promotions, or special events. Please keep in mind that the price of any completed order transaction cannot be changed if the item(s) you've purchased goes on sale in the following days.

Unless expressly stated by AdamRyan, promotional codes or coupons may not be combined. If a customer uses more than one promotional code or coupon when submitting an order, whether intentionally or unintentionally, AdamRyan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of promotional codes or coupons applied to the order and/or cancel or modify the order, in accordance with these terms. There are no promotional codes or email list sign-up codes that can be used to purchase clearance items, even if they were in the clearance section for a limited time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

AdamRyan will charge an additional shipping fee per order for orders placed outside of the United States and Canada, as well as orders that do not meet the shipping threshold. Your order will be dispatched by a reputable carrier, and AdamRyan will let you know when it has done so. Customers are in charge of organizing and accepting delivery from the carrier as deliveries require a signature. Orders will be shipped globally by AdamRyan with every attempt. However, due to limitations outside of AdamRyan’s control, we are unable to deliver orders to every country. You will be notified if your order cannot be shipped to your geo-logical location in the world. Additional shipping fees and duty or customs may be necessary. As the importer of record, the customer is solely responsible for these costs. These costs ARE NOT INCLUDED in the prices listed on the AdamRyan website.

AdamRyan offers 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your order until we send it. It only applies to clients who have completed measurement profiles with AdamRyan; shipping times are not included. Our shipping timing only applies to orders without the holds listed below, which could delay production: incorrect customization, missing measurements, measurement discrepancies, payment issues, groups, out-of-stock fabrics, and/or holds that the client has requested. The 6-8 week guarantee does not apply to orders that AdamRyan deems to be on hold. All anticipated delivery dates for your order that AdamRyan gives you are supplied just as a guide and should not be construed as an assurance, concession, or commitment on AdamRyan’s part to deliver your order by that date. Once your product has been shipped, circumstances beyond of AdamRyan’s control may have an impact on how it is actually delivered, hence AdamRyan cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.

We urge you to place your order at least 90 days before the event or date if you require your items for a particular occasion. You can get in touch with us to find out more about rush orders and the costs involved with that request.

WEDDING INQUIRES

A discount or promotion may be provided by AdamRyan pending quantities, in its exclusive discretion, to wedding parties or other groups that satisfy specified criteria. All members of the wedding party or group must meet the requirements and adhere to the rules established by AdamRyan in order to be eligible for the discount or promotion. This includes submitting the orders by the deadline AdamRyan has specified.

In order to ensure that there will be enough fabric available in case one of your group members wants a remake, per these terms, AdamRyan advises you to choose from our ongoing variety of items for your wedding party or group due to the seasonal products' limited availability. Please be aware that if a member of your group needs a remake, choosing a seasonal product for the group increases the likelihood that the product or fabric will run out of stock. In this situation, AdamRyan will request that a member of your group choose an alternative fabric in accordance with these Terms and will not have the remaining orders redone.

If AdamRyan deems, in its sole discretion, that a participating customer has violated these terms or the guidelines for such campaign, it reserves the right to cancel or revoke any discount or promotion code given to wedding parties or groups.

ALTERATIONS AND REMAKES

AdamRyan works hard to create a suit that is perfectly tailored to the client's individual body dimensions. We pledge to give you the finest custom-fit shopping experience possible. The customer will be responsible for making any necessary modifications to their suit clothing since AdamRyan DOES NOT provide or carry out alterations.

AdamRyan does not make any changes to your order once it has been submitted with all required information. AdamRyan will only remake garments if there are quality or manufacturing issues, and only after a thorough investigation, with AdamRyan making the final decision. AdamRyan has complete and sole discretion which may decide that a remake is not permitted.

If you have any quality or manufacturing issues with your suit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. AdamRyan will need detailed information and clear pictures of the issues. After this time period has passed, the customer will no longer be able to file a claim. If you have any questions or concerns while providing your measurements, please contact AdamRyan at info@adamryansuits.com before submitting your order.

AdamRyan Suits ensures a Perfect Fit Guarantee across all its products. This commitment encompasses:

• You can have your garments adjusted by any local tailor, and we will reimburse you for the alteration costs up to $75.00USD. If adjustments are not feasible, we will replace the product up to full order amount pending a review of the customers measurements. 

ALTERATIONS

To start the process to request a refund for the alterations, please follow these steps:

1. If you need to make any alterations, you must send us an email(customerservice@adamryansuits.com) within 10 days of receiving the order, with order number and garment issues and pictures
2. Take your garment(s) to the local tailor of your choice
3. Once the tailor completes the alterations, an official invoice will need to be submitted to AdamRyan Suits. Alteration reimbursement up to $75.00 USD will be paid back to the customer within 3 business days. 

REMAKES

• If you're requesting a remake, you must send us an email(customerservice@adamryansuits.com) within 10 days of receiving the order, with order number and garment issues and pictures
• The garment that needs to be remade will be the exact same garment and fabric as originally ordered
• AdamRyan Suits retains the discretion to decline remakes if our experts determine that tailoring adjustments are the preferred solution. If the garments are not in pristine condition, or if the customer does not provide the necessary information for the remake, the remake inquiry will be denied

RETURNS

Please be aware that because the fabric for each of your made-to-measure garments is cut based on your measurements, AdamRyan is unable to issue refunds. If you have any quality or manufacturing issues with your suit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.

If an item is thought to have been used or damaged before, AdamRyan maintains the right to refuse to issue a credit for it. Items that have already been customized or altered in any way ARE NOT eligible for returns or credited. Items returned to AdamRyan that don't comply with the aforementioned specifications will be sent back to the customer without processing and without AdamRyan having any further obligations.

POST SALES POLICY

ORDER NOT RECIEVED 

To ensure that we can assist with any shipment issues (such as damaged packages, lost, or missing products) according to our after-sales policy, please inform us via email(customerservice@adamryansuits.com) with the order details within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. 

FIND MY SIZE AI HELP FEATURE

Our "Find My Size AI Help" feature provides customers with a best-fit recommendation based on their inputs. While we strive to offer accurate sizing guidance, individual preferences and body types may vary, necessitating minor alterations to achieve the perfect fit. We recommend customers follow our made-to-measure customizer process, which includes watching measurement videos and inputting their unique measurements, to ensure a tailored fit for their suit. Any alterations required to achieve this perfect fit will be the responsibility of the customer in terms of both cost and arrangement.

 

CONCLUSION

In doing business with AdamRyan, using their website, violating any representation, warranty, or other term of these terms, you agree to hold AdamRyan, and its representatives harmless and indemnify them against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described). You herewith release, waive, and discharge AdamRyan, and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, loss, or causes of action that you or any of your representatives, heirs, next of kin, or anyone else that may have or that may hereafter accrue to such persons as a result of your transactions with AdamRyan.

Without regard to any conflict of law provisions, these Terms shall be construed in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations of AdamRyan’s geological location of incorporation, respectively, and the federal laws applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved solely by the province, state, and/or federal courts of the geological location in question. AdamRyan’s waiver of any provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provision or of AdamRyan’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herewith. If any provision of these terms is deemed void, null, or illegal by a relevant authority for any reason, such provision must be adjusted only to correct such nullity or illegality and shall have no effect on the other provisions of these terms. Our suits, which are made in Thailand yet have Italian fabric and Italian design inspiration.
